Box was opened, stickers were broken, missing 3 washers the instructions said were included. Shipping took a week and a half cuz fedex kept having delays. Didn’t bother returning because my old fixture stopped working and didn’t want to be kept in the dark for weeks. The light itself is very solid construction, the metal doesn’t fiex at all and the plastic diffuser mostly lacks any shadows from internal wires that my previous Amazon fixture had. There is a tiny shadow from a piece of something that fell from an internal part inside the light. The light itself I’d give 5 stars with the obvious disclaimer that the item is very expensive since. The entire buying process from hue was a nightmare though and since they gave me an open box I’d give it 3 stars total
